We want to make you aware that next July 25th, 2022 10:15am EST, there will be scheduled downtime of approximately 45mn during the maintenance period ending 11:00am EST.


Who is Impacted?
Only a subset of our North American (US East) client's will be impacted


What to Expect:

We will be using this time to apply upgrades and performance optimizations to ensure the stability of the software.

During this maintenance window, users will not be able to access the web-application (website), and features that require a connection will not be available in the TrackTik Guard Tour mobile application. Some examples of the affected features are:
- Signing and clocking in
- Changing sites/zones
- Dispatch/Runsheet completion
- Notifications
Viewing Post Orders and Message Board

Activities recorded on the mobile application during this period will be uploaded to the server once the connection is re-established.
