Our U.S. clients may continue to experience delivery delays - we are monitoring the queue to ensure full stabilization. Monitoring - Services are returning to normal, and a backlog of pending reports is currently being processed - some clients may continue to experience delays in receiving email and SMS notifications. We are continuing to monitor the system closely as it catches up and will provide further updates.

Identified - We have identified the cause and are currently monitoring the service as it recovers. Some US-based clients may continue to experience delays in receiving email and SMS reports while the system processes the backlog.
