We would like to inform you that on Wednesday January 17th at 9AM EST, we will be performing maintenance on US West (Oregon) clusters that will cause a downtime of up to 15 minutes.
***This maintenance only affects clients on our US-WEST clusters. If you are impacted, you would be presented with a banner in your portal.***
What to Expect -------------- We will be using this time to apply upgrades and performance optimizations to ensure the stability of the software.
During this maintenance window, users cannot access the web application (website), and features that require a connection will not be available in the TrackTik Guard Tour mobile application. Some examples of the affected components and features are:
- Signing and clocking in - Changing sites/zones - Dispatch/Runsheet completion - Notifications - Viewing Post Orders and Message Board
Activities recorded on the mobile application during this period get uploaded to the server once the connection is re-established.
