We would like to inform you that on April 13th, 2023, we will be performing a maintenance on our two US East and West clusters that will cause a downtime of up to 90 minutes. This maintenance only affects our US-WEST and US-EAST clusters you will be presented with a banner in your portal if you are impacted.
US-EAST: 11:15AM EST to 1.00PM EST
What to Expect -------------- We will be using this time to apply upgrades and performance optimizations to ensure the stability of the software. During this maintenance window, users will not be able to access the web-application (website), and features that require a connection will not be available in the TrackTik Guard Tour mobile application. Some examples of the affected features are:
- Signing and clocking in - Changing sites/zones - Dispatch/Runsheet completion - Notifications - Viewing Post Orders and Message Board
Activities recorded on the mobile application during this period will be uploaded to the server once the connection is re-established.
