Timing: Maintenance begins at 8:15 AM ET or 8:45 AM ET, depending on your environment. Your specific time will appear in your portal banner.
How to Check Your Maintenance Window: Because updates are being rolled out to different infrastructure groups on different dates, we are using in-app notification banners to communicate directly with affected clients.
- If you see a maintenance banner in your portal, your environment is scheduled for an update. The banner will display the specific date and time of your expected downtime.
-If you do not see a banner, your environment is not affected by the current maintenance window.
