At approximately 4:15 a.m. EST, we experienced a service disruption of 15 minutes that may have affected a limited number of customers in the U.S. regions.
The incident's root cause is still under investigation; initial analysis indicates a database performance issue for some requests bringing the system to an impacting disruption of service.
During this time, the web portal may have been unavailable, and mobile devices will have uploaded data once the connection has been re-established.
