On 2018-05-15 at approximately 10:31:29 PM EST we experienced a service disruption in our TrackTik US region, that lasted for ~5min

Our Engineering team was able to identify the root cause and implement a solution. With very little impact to users, those affected may have experienced a slight delay in using the platform.
